Floor Spring are mostly used in glass doors (e.g. inner doors of business parks, shopping malls, and hospital buildings). 

Floor Spring Function - A mechanical door closing device that can effectively resist when the door with heavy traffic is opened too quickly or with too much force. 

  • Universal non-handed floor spring for single and double action door 
  • Used on both fire and smoke check doors and with its concealed application is ideal for situations, where aesthetic quality is not comprised by safety assurance. 
  • Designed to meet the requirements for all door types and can satisfy every application required, due to its versatility. 
  • Once installed below floor level, the mechanism is almost completely concealed from view.
