Design Show Australia is back for 2023, showcasing the latest products, innovations and trends in interior design in a captivating exhibition format. Taking place from June 15–17 at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre, this year’s show will also feature ArchiBuild Expo, a new exhibition placing the spotlight on the best brands, products and technology for all types of architecture and building projects.
ArchiPro has joined forces with Design Show Australia and ArchiBuild Expo for 2023 as presenting partner, celebrating a shared vision of making good design, quality products, and trustworthy professionals accessible to all.
Both trade events bring together industry professionals and brands working across commercial, workplace, retail, hospitality, multi-res and residential projects. It’s the place to be for interior designers, architects, builders and specifiers who want to browse exhibitions, connect with leading brands, attend engaging speaking events and network with other professionals.
“Good design is not just beautiful, but also sustainable, and will lay the foundations for how we experience life for decades to come,” says ArchiPro CEO Milot Zeqiri. “We have great alignment with Design Show Australia and ArchiBuild Expo as the trusted meeting places for professionals and brands to come together to craft the commercial and residential spaces of the future.”
Amongst the exhibitors showcasing their beautiful and functional products at Design Show Australia are Cult Design, ABI Interiors, About Space, Buywood Furniture, Castella, Häfele, and Nero Tapware, while ArchiBuild Expo is expecting a similarly great lineup of exhibiting brands including Deco, HiFi Collective, Parkwood Doors, Screenwood, and Thermotek.
If education is what you’re after, attendees of Design Show Australia and ArchiBuild Expo can access a packed speaker program across five stages, including the Australian Institute of Architects CPD stage and the Design Talks stage, designed by Arthur Koutoulas. Expect to hear experts share their perspectives on a range of topics, including designing for smart homes, environmental and social sustainability in design, and place-making for residential, retail and hospitality.
Good design is not just beautiful, but also sustainable, and will lay the foundations for how we experience life for decades to come.
Design Show Australia will also play host to Australia’s Next Top Designer, presented in collaboration with WORKSHOPPED. The initiative is a regular fixture at Design Show Australia, shining a spotlight on the industry’s emerging designers, makers and creatives who are developing breakthrough products in the categories of furniture, lighting and art.
Attendees should be sure to stop by the inaugural Sustainability Pavilion at ArchiBuild Expo, a space dedicated to promoting sustainable practices and products that are GreenTag certified, and bringing together industry experts who can guide visitors towards the best sustainable solutions for their projects. The pavilion will showcase a custom feature from House of Bamboo, and be covered in carbon-neutral flooring from Interface.
