Lining the interior walls of the lobbies at Sanctuary estate in NSW - Ever Art Wood timber look battens greet visitors with feelings of luxury and warmth.

Located at Wentworth Point, just 16 kms from Sydney’s CBD, Sanctuary community development is one of the latest developments by Sekisui House. Set to be one of their premier multi-residential developments, the estate draws on Japanese design principles and showcases luxurious and sophisticated finishes throughout.

Drawing inspiration from the site’s waterside location, curves have been incorporated throughout the interior, with varying lengths of concealed fix Kabebari Battens in Kuri Masame lining the lobby walls and creating a flowing visual display.

Covet Ever Art Wood battens are also used in external communal spaces within the estate.

Kabebari plank battens feature on the soffits of exterior balconies. Slimline Kabebari battens in rich Burakku Erumu feature in decorative cladding on exterior BBQ areas.

An exterior grade product, the battens are built to withstand the elements without need for ongoing oiling or maintenance, making them a clever choice for this type of application.
