Billi, a global leader in premium instant boiling, chilled, and sparkling water systems, is pleased to announce the appointment of Guy Nicholls as Group Managing Director. This decision comes after his successful tenure as Managing Director for the Asia Pacific region over the past 10 months.

Guy brings over 30 years of executive experience in manufacturing, brand development, and operational leadership. He has a proven track record of driving strategic growth, leading high-performing teams, and delivering customer-focused innovations in global markets.

Since joining Billi in 2024 to lead the ANZ business, Guy has achieved strong commercial performance and driven significant operational improvements. Under his leadership, Billi recently relocated its Australian headquarters and manufacturing operations to a new state-of-the-art facility designed to support long-term growth, innovation, and supply chain efficiency. This move underscores Billi’s commitment to establishing the foundation needed to fulfill its mission of helping people and workplaces access better hydration solutions that are intuitive and sustainable.

As part of this next chapter, Guy has focused on strengthening the leadership team across key regions and departments.  Christy Minutoli has been appointed Marketing Manager ANZ, stepping up to lead brand, trade and digital marketing across the region.  Dean Cook has been promoted to Director of Sales ANZ, after delivering strong results and leadership in his previous role as Head of Sales.  In the UK, Graeme Rodger has been appointed Head of Marketing, bringing deep category and brand experience from parent company Strix, including his work with the Laica brand.

Guy’s appointment to the global role is a natural progression as Billi continues to scale its international footprint and build leadership alignment across regions. His career includes senior executive roles at RPM Automotive Group, Ryco Group (a division of GUD Holdings) and Genuine Parts Company (Repco).  Across these roles, he has led business transformation programs, brand and product portfolio expansion, and operational excellence initiatives.
