• We engage your chosen Architect* to produce the concept design, including floor plans, elevations and 3D renders.

• You will get to experience your home at concept in a guided 2D full scale walk through with Big Plans Melbourne, we will facilitate and review the concept design with you and will offer easy solutions to ensure the buildability of your home.

• We will make sure both cost and design are in line with your budget and vision. You will be provided with a complete and detailed estimate of the proposed build.

• We will work together with both you and your chosen architect to provide value management options.

• Once concept and budget is aligned a building contract is signed. If APC Build can't meet the agreed estimate by the end of the design process you will be free to exit the building contract, at no risk to you.

• APC Studio will engage our draftsman to complete the construction working drawings; these capture all the technical details of the build.

• During this process we are actively ensuring that the budget is being met.

• We will take care of engaging and sourcing all required consultants including engineers and energy rating reports.

• Our interior designers will use your brief to provide detailed interior design drawings, customised palettes and selections to present to you.

• Lighting designers are engaged and will commence the layout and selections for you to review.

• Landscaping consultants are engaged and will commence the design & plant selection for your consideration.

• As an added service, APC Studio can offer you a furniture selection consultant. This service takes into consideration your interior design and includes the selection, sourcing and coordination of delivery for furniture in up to 5 rooms.

• Your dedicated project team will keep you updated throughout the build and address any issues/concerns that may arise. You can relax knowing your home is in good hands.

• Our strict quality control process guarantees your project is completed to the highest standard. We'll keep you informed of progress during regular site walk-throughs, so you can be confident in the quality of your build.
