After merging with Kohn-Mundus in 1924 and weathering the economic hardships of two world wars, TON became a national enterprise in 1946. In 1953, it was renamed TON, and since 1994, it has been a joint stock company. Through it all, TON has remained dedicated to its legacy of care for its workers and innovation in bentwood furniture manufacturing.
