Mammoth Bafflestack helps to create comfortable internal environments by improving sound insulation between spaces.

Mammoth® Bafflestack insulation is a roll form product made from 100% thermally bonded polyester fibres, designed to be stacked and compressed within the plenum space above partition walls, to the roof or floor above. This reduces sound intensity and transference between rooms, without the need for the construction of walls within the plenum space.

Mammoth products contain recycled polyester fibres. Mammoth acoustic bafflestack insulation uses up to 3,700 recycled plastic bottles per 100sqm*.

Mammoth's acoustic range also includes Wall Sections, Wall Blankets, Panel Absorber and Duct Liner Insulation.

Our Take-back Program

Talking about taking product back and making it our client’s problem to get it back to us is one thing, actively putting bins around the country and making it easier for our clients to recycle their offcuts is another.

We don’t believe it is good enough to say, get it back to our factory and we will recycle the product. We believe putting our hand up and sharing that responsibility is a necessity. That’s why we are proud to announce we have started the process of putting Mammoth recycling bins around the country. The first two locations, beyond our factory in Auckland, are Hamilton and Wellington. We encourage all Mammoth Insulation users to bring their clean offcuts back to these locations so we can avoid landfill and create a circular economy by recycling them.
