After popular demand following the recent AliClad Max launch, we are excited to introduce the new AliClad Aluminium Cladding and Soffit System designed for both residential and commercial projects.
Our tough NZ climate calls for exterior products that can perform in all weather conditions, meet the most stringent code and standards and bring elegance and architectural integrity. Available in a multitude of colours, finishes including wood-look of all shades, this aluminium weatherboard system has all the longevity and minimal maintenance that you're looking for.
This versatile system has been developed on the strengths of the AliClad Max aluminium weatherboard system but with performance and standard cladding systems to make it appealing in the residential sector. AliClad offers architects, builders, and developers a robust and beautifully finished product, supported on a standard and easy-to-install fixing system engineered to perform.
WEATHER-TIGHTNESS: The system has been designed in line with NZBC. It has been tested to be compliant with AS/NZS4284.
STRUCTURE: The AliClad system is designed for high wind loadings and engineered to be fixed at maximum span distances for reduced project costs while still fitting within standard residential cladding wall build-ups.
FIRE PROTECTION: Aluminium is non-combustible under the NZBC and the support system has a limited / non-combustible wall assembly. The NZBC lists aluminium products as non-combustible and this has been confirmed by way of a ISO 5660.1 test achieving a Group 1S.
FINISH AND AESTHETICS: Flat and matt powder coat options, anodised-look paint finishes, sublimated woodgrains, and horizontal and vertical profile alignments achieve both classic and contemporary designs. We’ve selected a range of options to meet most requirements.

At 2.2mm 6063 T6 Aluminium Alloy with a high tensile and rigidity properties, AliClad has excellent impact resistance, making it ideal for high-traffic areas such as schools. Improved rigidity over other systems comes from its depth and structure.
State-of-the-art coating
A state-of-the-art coating line, both colour and woodgrain options are available.
Coated in New Zealand
Because it is coated locally, designers can choose from an extensive range of colours and wood finishes, with reduced lead times. Custom and corporate colours are also available.
Flashing System
AliClad comprehensive two-piece and multi-function extruded flashing system ensure ease of installation that does not affect aesthetic finish.
