Amazonia Porcelain Feature Wall Tiles by ZYX

Rooms, spaces and corners, welcome to the lost paradise: its exudes tropical style. The rooms open up to new ideas. The rustic concept comes to the city, it blends into Nordic environments, climbs walls, expands like a renovated classic ready to go far. Homes, apartments, kitchens, bathrooms or gorgeous interior design projects. Settings where Amazonia can coexist in a creative and original way. The Tropic decoration embodies the most exotic spirit of the collection with its wild vegetation. Ethnic rescues, on the other hand, the essence of history and the passage of time, of millennium-old cultures. With light bright details and unexpected borders, this decoration marks the mystical point of Amazonia evoking the past, a time of absolute experimentation with shapes, textures and figures.

The square Amazonia pieces, with a small format (13.8 x 13.8) and details that follow the handmade trend, are the ones which are most faithful to the rustic narrative. The hexagon format (32 x 36.8), for its part, maximises the fresh botanical concept and particularly enriches the current character of the collection with this geometric shape.

Amazonia looks for a rustic and imperfect style in its finishing, for that reason its production process has been improved. The tiles show some slight irregularity among them within what is reasonable that make them unique.

Inspiration

This collection was created from the latest trends, in which a return to the origins, to an immersion in more primal nature, almost untouched by humans, is seen in a universe of leaves, of wild greens, and a remote paradise… of earthy tones and characteristics that aim to reflect a tribute to manual labour in the making of the pieces.

Through conceptual studies, Amazonia has successfully developed a renewed rustic-chic concept, making it shine in all its splendour through its varied graphics, its chromatic proposal, and its subtle play with brightness and studied wear. Fed by inspiration from the world of fashion, decor and interior design and the latest studies in trends.

About the
Seller

Brymac Tiles is a family-owned business established in Christchurch in 1976, yes that’s right, Brymac have been operating in the Christchurch tile market for 40 years!

Brymac was primarily a tile installation service; many people will remember them in their store behind Briscoes in Salisbury Street. In the 1990s the Brymac team began sourcing and importing their own tiles.  The emphasis back then and today is specializing in high-quality European tiles at the cutting edge of fashion and trend but with a difference; price!

By 2010 Brymac tiles had outgrown their little shop behind Briscoes and moved to 42 Durham Street.  In 2015 this distinctive black building was refurbished and now boasts a massive downstairs showroom, an intimate architectural studio and a dedicated trade counter for tradesmen and DIYers alike.  Not only that; the Brymac installation team are also on-site to offer an installation service second to none.

Over the years the business has diversified and grown while still maintaining the family values, old fashioned service and advice.  Years (decades even) of experience have allowed the team to find tiling systems and accessories that Brymac could 100% put their name behind.  We now offer, with confidence to tradespeople and DIYers a range of tried and true products and ranges; Ardex, Mapei, Tilers mate, DTA, Kemgrout just to name a few.

Brymac knows tiles and tiling; we believe we offer the best quality European tiles at the best price; materials that you can count on to get any tiling job done and an installation team with a 40-year reputation for quality.  Who else can say that?
