Obsidiana is manufactured in a factory that recycles water, uses solar energy and plants trees around the facility. Obsidiana is made from 100% recycled glass, the crystalline silica content is <10% (the lowest available in quartz) and is recyclable through the lifespan of the product. This innovation leads the market - first to bring to market & the lowest silica content.
