Instead of relying on short, point-load rollers, each unit is built as a custom-length, full-span assembly, distributing the panel’s weight evenly across multiple precision wheels.

This true load-sharing design dramatically reduces operating forces — even on oversized or heavy panels — while substantially increasing cyclic life and long-term performance. The entire door is supported continuously along its base, preventing sagging, reducing frame stress and creating a quiet, controlled movement that feels effortless in use.

Compatible with almost any bottom-rolling sliding system in the Australian market, the roller is suitable for aluminium, thermally broken aluminium, timber and uPVC frames. Each assembly is supplied at Durabal’s highest specification as standard, including full coastal rating.
