CaviTrack Systems for sliding doors

CaviTrack Systems are a range of track and carriage systems for surface sliding set-ups. Ideal for dividing large spaces or when there isn't enough room in the wall framing for a cavity slider. 

CS Full Height Track
Track for full height applications. It is supplied with full-length timber packers enabling ceiling linings to be fixed flush with the underside of the track. On request the track can be painted at time of manufacture to help blend with the ceiling colour. Available in 2, 3, 4 or 5 track set-ups up to 10 metres. Maximum door thickness is 40mm where multiple tracks are ordered. Track can be configured to suit Bi-Parting door setups, including Corner Meeting detail. A door pick-up system is available for use with multiple track set-ups. 

Available with SofStop® Soft close for doors up to 100kg.

CS Partition-TopMountTrack
Suitable for office fit outs but may also be used in other applications where a single or double top mounted track is required. The track comes complete with pelmets offering two different options:

1) The track is fitted neatly under a bulkhead with a flush pelmet either side.
2) The track is mounted within a suspended ceiling and a legged pelmet is used to sit the ceiling tile on.

Available with SofStop® Soft close for doors up to 100kg.

CS Wall Mount Track
For surface sliding applications where there is enough strength in the wall to mount and support a side-track with door above the opening. The track comes with a pre-finished clip-on aluminium pelmet and end caps that neatly conceal the top of the door, track, and running gear. Maximum door thickness is 40mm. 

Available with SofStop® Soft close for doors up to 100kg.

CS Heavy Duty Track
An ultra heavy-duty track designed to take large doors weighing up to 500kg. Strong enough for a wide range of commercial and industrial applications, such as large factory doors or light-aircraft hangers. 

Track is available in a single set-up only. Minimum door thickness is 40mm.
