It increases adhesion of the Dulux Avista Concrete Sealer Waterbased Tintable Base on bare concrete, is low odour, easy to apply and fast drying.

Dulux Avista Waterbased Bare Concrete Primer can be used on bare concrete surfaces including pavers, coloured through bare concrete, bare internal concrete flooring and hardie decks.
