Dulux Avista® Waterbased Sealed Surface Primer allows for better adhesion of the Dulux Avista Concrete Sealer Waterbased Tintable Base with existing acrylic coatings. It is designed to create a strong bond to previous coats, thereby building a longer lasting system using the Dulux Avista Concrete Sealer Waterbased Tintable Base. It is low odour, easy to apply and fast drying.

Dulux Avista Waterbased Sealed Surface Primer can be used on sealed surfaces that have an existing solvent based acrylic resins to improve adhesion.
