Originally sourced from Spain, Emperador Dark is a deep dark chocolate brown with an intricate web of fine white brecciated veins. The Spanish Emperador Dark is a rich luxurious marble that is popular in classic settings. These days similar colour and veined product with varying depths of intensity are sold around the world but these may be quarried in other countries. These alternative stones use the same Emperador Dark name but will have slightly different performance characteristics, colour and veining. Popular in slabs for benchtops, vanities and internal cladding, it is also used extensively in bathrooms and as flooring.
