Batten rail systems for screening make an instant impact in realistic timber finishes.

Our Ever Art Wood rail systems pair well with our Ever Art Wood® Koshi hollow sections or Ever Art Wood® Kabebari concealed fix batten. 

Three rail/screen systems are available and suitability of each system is determined by application, batten profile size to be fitted to rails, and screen size. 

Batten Rail Systems

T2C screen bracket system
The Ever Art Wood® T2C semi-concealed fix bracket system allows screens to be assembled on site and fixed to a T frame secured to a structure. The thicker profile of the T2C rail supports is suited for screens where larger batten profiles are desired. 

Doubuchi screen rail system
A semi-concealed fix bracket system, the Doubuchi rail system allows battens to be conceal fixed. A simple and clever design, the 2 part rail incorporates a cover section that hides all batten fixings. The complete screen can then be securely fixed to the substrate or frame. With a slightly smaller profile, the Dobuchi rail is suited for screens with a maximum batten profile of 30x85 or smaller. Can be supplied prefabricated or in kit form for onsite assembly. Also suited for fencing applications. 

Koshi Framed Screen
Koshi standard hollow section battens can be prefabricated or supplied in kit form. Achieve the batten clad look in a fraction of the time to install. Maximum batten profile is 30x60 and for small screen applications only. 

Note:

  • Our Ever Art Wood® range is a custom made to order in Japan.
  • Lead time is 8-10 weeks from order placement. Screens supplied in prefabricated form + 2 weeks.  
  • Prefabricated screens are limited to sizes that are a comfortable 2 person lift. Refer to individual product information. 
  • Consult with a Covet representative as to what is possible and suitability for your application.  
  • The Ever Art Wood® batten range does not require specialist trades to install.
  • Screen reproduction for colour will not be exact, also aggregate is a natural material with expected variances.
