Do not leave liquids directly on the surface for extended periods as they may mark or stain the surface. Oily and acidic substances, as well as strongly pigmented foodstuffs or bathroom products are particularly harmful to the surface. Avoid abrasive cleaners and cutting on the surface. Only use stone soap or neutral/low pH dish liquid with warm water to clean
