Hawaii outdoor armchair presented in 3mm cord synthetic wicker. The colour, summergrass, is a lovely natural, earth tone and the thick cord exudes quality with it's strength and weight. This is a very, very strong chair with a "soft" look that will complement both traditional country type settings, including wooden tables, yet looks equally racy at home with contemporary tables in concrete, aluminium and glass.
Styled for the European market, with generous sizing and excellent comfort.
A very durable, high quality outdoor chair that will last! Frame in aluminium, with protective finish coating to prevent corrosion. Quality ecolene branded synthetic wicker is used, recognized for its strength, colourfastness and product consistency. The wicker is tightly woven around the aluminium frame and terminated with rust free stainless steel staples. Seat is additionally supported with PVC straps for contract grade strength and durability and to prevent long term sag.
This item is suitable for seaside use. Hand woven by artisans in a European managed manufacturing facility, with quality control processes at every stage of production.Sumptuous outdoor cushions are highly recommended, available separately.

- Ecolene wicker is a polyethene synthetic wicker manufactured using the latest extrusion technology to be more durable, insensitive to temperature fluctuations, free from cracking, splintering and corrosion, yet still, retain a natural look and feel. It is the only synthetic wicker which can withstand UV radiation (300-400nm wavelength), extreme heat, oxidation, high moisture, mould and mildew.
- It has the highest level of resistance to colour change, particularly applicable to our strong NZ sunlight conditions.
- Aluminium
- The aluminium frame is precision welded on performed jigs. The frame is then treated with a special surface treatment to protect against oxidation.
Product care:
- Ecolene wicker: just wash down with a soft brush and soapy water from time to time.
- Aluminium frame: no particular care is required. From time to time, clean with a soft brush and soapy water and rinse clean. Avoid scratching the powder coat surface.
- Cushion: vacuum off dust if dirty. Then spot clean any marks with a cloth and soapy water. For stubborn stains, we recommend using Sunbrella Fabric Cleaner.
