Kerashape | Ceramic Facade Systems
Kerashape is a range of glazed and unglazed stoneware ceramic tubular “baguettes” which provide designers with an array of options to incorporate 3 dimensional screening elements to a façade design. KeraShape® is available in square, rectangular and elliptical laminar profiles across 70 different colours from the SpectraView and Natura colour series. Mounting configurations include solutions for both vertical and horizontal orientations. KeraShape® can either be used as a stand-alone façade or as façade elements in combination with Kerashape® Panels.

Shapes and Formats
The KeraShape® elements are available in a number of standard shapes, formats (sizes) and lengths. In addition to the variants shown, the production of individual specialised shapes is possible subject to technical considerations. The standard shapes include tubular elements in a square 60x60mm profile and a rectangular profile of 60x50mm both available in lengths up to 1800mm. An additional elongated rectangular profile of 100x50mm is available in lengths up to 1500mm. The final standard profile is the elliptical lamellar profile with dimensions of 140x60mm in lengths up to 1200mm.
Colours and Finishes
The KeraShape® elements are available in a large range of colours and surface finishes including a range of glazed satiin matt and gloss colours and unglazed colours. The SpectraView series, developed by renown European colour designer, Peter Zoernack, comprises nine harmoniously co-ordinated uniform glazed satin matt colour families and 10 vibrant matt and gloss contrasting colours. The nine coordinated colour families include Cream, Yellow, Apricot, Salmon Red, Pink, Neutral Grey, Grey, Blue and Green family groups as shown below.
The Natura Unglazed series comprises a range of 15 natural earthy tones. The Natura series resembles the classic colours of terracotta but in a more durable maintenance free ceramic stoneware material.
