Although sublimely simple in appearance, every structural detail of Lauren was thoughtfully designed and developed. The structure is made of solid wood, turned and finished by hand, while the elegant armrest, seat and backrest are made of metal clad in cowhide, a feat requiring highly skilled artisan craftsmanship. All of the small metal parts were custom-designed to add further value to the chair, enhancing it with exquisite details.
