Mogensen 2204 Wing Chairby Fredericia

Mogensen 2204 Wing Chair by Fredericia, Børge Mogensen, 1963. Mogensen's high back wing chair has a sharply defined outline and a softly encompassing interior, which has made it one of his most iconic designs.

The Mogensen 22 Collection is the epitome of Børge Mogensen’s perfect sense of proportions and preference for honest materials, reflecting his uncompromising approach to construction and craftsmanship. Born from a desire to create the ultimate sofa, Mogensen designed the first 2213 Sofa for his own home in 1962. In keeping with his goal to create functional furniture to enhance people’s everyday lives, the sofa is unpretentious yet confident, with a strong presence and a global appeal that is timeless.

About the
Seller

Established in 1997, Cult (formerly Corporate Culture) was formed to provide not only exceptional designer furniture, but also a high level of customer service, a combination not yet experienced in the Australian marketplace.

In his endeavours since then, company founder and director Richard Munao have built one of the most comprehensive collections of brand partners in Australia and New Zealand. Cult has grown from its first location in Sydney to now include showrooms in Melbourne, Brisbane and Auckland as well as distributors in Canberra, Adelaide and Perth.

In addition to founding Cult, and supporting strong international partners like Fritz Hansen, Carl Hansen & Son, &Tradition, HAY and Gubi, in 2017 Cult launched Nau, a contemporary collection of Australian made furniture, lighting and accessories by a collective of Australia's most curious, talented and spirited designers.

At ArchiPro we recognise and acknowledge the existing, original and ancient connection Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples have to the lands and waterways across the Australian continent. We pay our respects to the elders past and present. We commit to working together to build a prosperous and inclusive Australia.
