Mid size Pizza Oven Fiamma:
Portable pizza oven My-Fiamma, crafted with precision and care and designed to enhance the wood fired cooking experience.
The Build:
Double walled, 304 stainless steel dome, with commercial grade ceramic blanket insulation between the 2 walls. The oven floor is insulated with high-density ceramic fibre board with refractory oven floor tiles on top for optimum heat retention. Even the oven door is double walled and insulated. Finished with a shimmering powder coating, the Fiamma is durable and stylish.
The Design:
Features an innovative stainless steel baffle inside allowing the heat to travel back and forth inside the oven, thereby resulting in more heat efficiency and ensuring cleaner air emissions. Very economic in wood use, due to its special design and double insulation. Requires only a few small logs of wood at a time to keep it going. Allows for quicker heat-up time of 15 to 20 minutes.

"Being Italian, good food is important to me. My passion for wood-fired cooking comes from my childhood memories, we had a wood-fired oven in the backyard where my mother would bake the bread and then put a pignata or meat or soup to slow cook in the retained heat. I guess that is why I know exactly what I want from a wood-fired oven. I am very specific about how an oven should perform. "
