Natural Stone has a unique blend of tones and colours to bring character and individuality to your home.

Natural stone is undoubtedly more durable than most other artificial products on the market; showing minimal wear and tear over time, and it offers homeowners a sustainable option for indoor and outdoor home design.

Sourcing, extracting and processing natural stone to use as a building material has virtually no impact on the environment; making it a sensible and eco-friendly solution for all of your housing needs. Unlike many other artificial building products, stone is found naturally and requires little energy for its manufacture. Modern techniques for extracting stone are extremely efficient and help to reduce environmental impact.

Natural stone has a "natural look". Because each slab is a sliced out of a block of stone that has been extracted from a quarry there is no telling how each piece will look. It may have a unique pattern but also may have defects. This makes pattern matching between slabs virtually impossible.

Features
  • Unlike most Engineered Stone, Natural Stone is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use and wont be affected by the suns UV rays.
  • Natural Stone benchtops are heat-resistant, not heat-proof. They can withstand temperatures of about 150 to 200°C, so placing hot pots or items hotter than 150°C will damage your benchtop and is not recommended. It will likely discolor and burn the surface.
Scope of use

Benchtops, countertops, splashbacks, floors and wall cladding; in kitchen and bathroom. Not suitable for outdoor use. Minimum 10 year warranty.
Very easy to clean and keep hygienic.

Cut Shapes and Bowl Installation

We also can cut out shapes and install the sink (bowl) for you. Click here to see our bowl options. Cut-outs can be used for anything including hobs.

A sealer is always applied to the surface of a stone benchtop. A benchtop's shape can be curved and multiple slabs are joined together using clamps to make a tight join that is only visible under very close inspection.

We also make large pieces of furniture such as boardroom table tops and executive desks.

Installation

Installers must ensure that stone benchtops are secured to the kitchen cabinetry and fully sealed with silicon to prevent water running into the cupboards below. Sharp edges are also to be avoided to prevent injury.
