Pivotante à Poser Table Lamp by Nemo is a striking 1950s design by Charlotte Perriand, defined by its cylindrical form and rotating diffusers that modulate light with sculptural intent.
The body consists of two curved metal shades that pivot to direct or shield the light source, allowing for both direct and indirect illumination. Its compact form and intuitive mechanism give it flexibility across a range of settings—from bedside tables to shelving or workspaces.
Finished with a matt grey steel base and available in seven colour options, Pivotante à Poser is a functional design object that balances modernist simplicity with playful adaptability.
As relevant now as when it was conceived, this iconic table lamp reflects Perriand’s commitment to integrating movement, materiality, and everyday use.
