Pizzaioli Stone Arch Premium Wood Fired Pizza Oven

This is a special oven with its ultra authentic stone arch. Like all of our Pizzaioli models it is a *very* Italian-style pizza oven! While all of our wood-fired pizza ovens are brilliant, the Pizzaiolis are our most authentic models and is ideal for true Italian-style pizza (in just 90 seconds!). It has a wider opening and lower dome that conducts heat directly to the oven floor.

But these ovens aren't just for pizzas! They can cook anything your conventional oven can and it'll taste even better. Each oven comes with a beautiful complimentary Portuguese ceramic baking dish. It's perfect for roasting chicken, veggies, casseroles, desserts, bread, and more!

Authentic Pizza Ovens are made with AUTHENTIC BRICK not CLAY! Be careful of this when shopping oven brands- there IS A DIFFERENCE. Authentic Pizza Ovens are HANDMADE in Portugal and are triple-insulated, which means the outside of the oven is cool to the touch while the inside is blazing hot! Each oven has an inner layer of authentic fire brick and mortar, which is then covered with a thick layer of Rockwool Insulation that is secured with metal batting before an additional layer of refractory cement. Authentic Pizza Ovens are the only ones that use true Rockwool with their own international utility patent.

Premium Hardware: This Pizzaioli Stone Arch Premium model has a traditional the stone brick facade with a black NON RUST HIGH GRADE CAST ALUMINUM door, chimney cavity, and chimney. The door has a peep-through high heat window viewing pane.

Pizza Ovens never uses a zinc/galvanized coating on any of our products. You can paint or tile our white domed ovens to match your home or design specifications. You will just need to use a high heat paint or adhesive. We recommend that you first cure your oven and use it for a few weeks and treat it with Ultra Fire (included) before you paint.
