For their first collaboration with Roche Bobois, the two French designers Nathanaël Désormeaux & Damien Carrette designed the Rocket stool to resemble a giant saltshaker. The three holes on the top make it easy to move around. The unique and practical design sums up the duo's philosophy: combining the demands of industrial design with artistic inspiration.

The two young French designers, Nathanaël Désormeaux & Damien Carrette, drew inspiration from a salt shaker to design the Rocket cocktail table-stool. In this version, the three holes are both a nod to this idea and offer a way to pick up and move the table more easily.
The intriguing shape reveals the gradual transformation of a cross on the ground towards a flat, circular top. Equal parts useful and quirky, the piece reflects the duo's philosophy: combining an exacting industrial design with artistic inspiration
