Seine Portable Table Lamp

GUBI’s Seine table lamp leads your thoughts to the riverside landscapes of Paris. Designed by Space Copenhagen, the Seine lamp features an undulating glass dome inspired by the play of light and flowing water. Made by blowing glass into a mould, the clover-shaped glass shade has a transparent, smoke-coloured surface that softly reveals the lamp’s inner structure. The lamp’s body is made of dark antique brass, and the dimmable light source is encased in a smaller, round glass globe.

The Seine table light looks equally stunning when placed on a bedroom table, wall shelf or coffee table, for instance, and its delicate shape makes it perfect for groupings of multiple lamps. The Seine lamp illuminates the spaces with soft light while creating a poetic, dreamy atmosphere where vintage references meet modern Nordic design.

About the
Seller

Established in 1997, Cult (formerly Corporate Culture) was formed to provide not only exceptional designer furniture, but also a high level of customer service, a combination not yet experienced in the Australian marketplace.

In his endeavours since then, company founder and director Richard Munao have built one of the most comprehensive collections of brand partners in Australia and New Zealand. Cult has grown from its first location in Sydney to now include showrooms in Melbourne, Brisbane and Auckland as well as distributors in Canberra, Adelaide and Perth.

In addition to founding Cult, and supporting strong international partners like Fritz Hansen, Carl Hansen & Son, &Tradition, HAY and Gubi, in 2017 Cult launched Nau, a contemporary collection of Australian made furniture, lighting and accessories by a collective of Australia's most curious, talented and spirited designers.

At ArchiPro we recognise and acknowledge the existing, original and ancient connection Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples have to the lands and waterways across the Australian continent. We pay our respects to the elders past and present. We commit to working together to build a prosperous and inclusive Australia.
