The heating and ash door are convectively cooled by air, the primary and secondary air supply is adjustable. The water-bearing stove has a large combustion chamber, into which logs up to 42 cm from the front or above can be easily inserted. In the winter rust position, the heating stove burns for up to 12 hours at the lowest setting. For cooking, the grate can be continuously adjusted upwards with a crank, even during operation. This saves firewood and reduces the amount of heat given off to the heating water. 

The combustion air is adjusted precisely and the heating flow and roasting tube temperature is regulated by means of a temperature controller. You can easily check the values ​​using the thermometer in the viewing window of the roasting oven or on the front. The thermal discharge safety device, the heat exchanger, thermometer and manometer and a central device with heating and exhaust gas deflection flap are included as standard. The standard accessories also include a stove rail and a two-part, insulated cover hood. With the cover hood you can effectively reduce the radiation in your kitchen.
