THE ULTIMATE FULL BODY WORKOUT

Use 84% of muscle mass every stroke. Burn calories and build strength. Minimal impact on joints and the lower back.

A1 QUICK-START MONITOR

The intuitive A1 Quick-Start LCD monitor is all you need to track your performance. Displays rowing metrics including distance, 500m split time, and calories.

BUILT TO LAST

Handmade in the USA to ensure quality and durability; the A1 has a 2-year frame, 3-year parts commercial-grade warranty.

THE WATERROWER DIFFERENCE

The entry-level model in the WaterRower range, there are two primary differences between the A1 and other WaterRower models. Firstly, the A1has a quick-start LCD monitor that displays key rowing metrics but is less in-depth than the S4 Performance Monitor and Smart Row. Secondly, the A1seat travels on an aluminium-monorail which is marginally louder than the silent seat action of the dual-rail seat system on other WaterRowers.

LOW IMPACT

Unlike air and magnetic resistance rowing machines, the WaterRower has a smooth even stroke resistance that places minimal strain on joints and the lower back.

HIGH INTENSITY

When used at full extension is possible to burn in excess of 1000 calories per hour on the WaterRower. Indoor rowing uses every large muscle group and recruits both the aerobic and anaerobic system to provide one of the most efficient workouts you can do.

SUITABLE FOR EVERYONE

The unique geometry of the A1 rowing machine makes it easy to row with good technique, even for a beginner rower, and the quality construction provides a natural, fluid connection with every stroke.
