Contemporary commercial building at 50 Albert Street featuring durable Artemis Grey Stone interiors and versatile Rockburn exteriors, completed in 2024 by Mansons TCLM Ltd, a leader in Green Building construction in New Zealand.
We were pleased to be part of another amazing commercial project with Mansons TCLM Limited located at 50 Albert Street featuring the below products:
Internal: A unique design using Artemis Grey Stone in Sanded finish with complementing triangular Antique & Light Brushed special inserts creating a stunning visual display of the natural stone. This stone will provide long term durability and interior style for many years to come.
External: Another versatile natural stone used called Rockburn in a Flamed finish in 20 + 40mm thickness
Bathrooms: Mix Charcoal porcelain tiles were used on Level 1, with Mix White & Grey used throughout all other tenancy levels.
