Adobe K+ is a series of 10 boutique townhouses with basement car parking and gymnasium. It serves as gated community living to suit the modern lifestyle. A landscaped boardwalk leads to sunken garden at the basement level; directly connect to gym facility. This proposal adopts the sustainability living as the design approach to benefit the occupants as well as to respect the nature environment.
