Profile
Armstrong Prestige, Dunedin and Christchurch banner

Following the success of the Dunedin Showroom and Service Centre, Armstrong Prestige commissioned Mason & Wales to design similar but much larger buildings in Christchurch. The Armstrong Prestige Showroom and Service Centre buildings in Dunedin and Christchurch have been planned and designed to fit the site and to integrate the requirements of the Daimler Chrysler Design Guidelines. The site and building plans have been carefully crafted to optimise the use of the sites in three dimensions and to fit the building to the adjoining streetscape.

The buildings visually state their purpose and complement the scale of the surrounding context. Representatives of Daimler Chrysler worldwide have visited the Buildings and declared them to be of an equal standard to their buildings in Europe.
