At Letac Drafting Services we everything for you. We prepare all plans and associated permits and services. We don't just do the plans and hand them over to you and expect you to know what to do next. We are happy to guide and teach you all processes needed to attain Planning or Building Permits

Letac has a team of experienced professionals with over 50 years of combined experience led by director Leslie Cachia, who has over 40 years of experience in the building and construction industry.

Letac Drafting Services assists students with their work experience and developing their skills in the drafting and construction industry. We aim to provide an excellent foothold for students into this vast and developing industry.

Our office consists of Sales staff, Accounting, and Administration, as well as a drawing office with 5 draftspeople, ranging from experienced designers to cadet draftspersons.

We have designed multiple-unit developments, multi-level apartment buildings, community centers, Medical facilities, and numerous small to large extensions, as well as simple garages, carports, verandas, etc. Our recent specialty has been rectifying illegal works and getting building permit approval.
