A modern workspace designed for Builderscrack, enhancing collaboration and productivity while accommodating future growth, featuring acoustic solutions and maximized natural light for improved employee well-being.
Founded in 2006, Builderscrack is a New Zealand-based website connecting homeowners with builders and tradespeople. They enlisted Gaze to design a modern workspace reflecting their brand and accommodating their team while allowing for future growth.
The design focused on fostering collaboration and productivity while addressing acoustic needs. Acoustic wall panels and strategic positioning of workstations facilitated focused discussions and comfort. Maximising natural light uplifted the ambiance and enhanced employee well-being.
The workspace was designed with scalability in mind, incorporating provisions for future expansion. The successful realisation of Builderscrack's modern workspace reflects the synergy between Gaze's design expertise and Builderscrack's vision for growth and innovation.
