A unique home in Castor Bay, Auckland, featuring pre-fabricated SIPs, a living pod and bedroom pod connected by a glass bridge, and a rooftop deck designed to maximize sunlight.
Working directly with our client who designed the home for themselves, we brought to life their creative vision for this unique site.
Built from pre-fabricated SIPs, the home slips effortlessly into its incredible setting, which is believe it or not, in the heart of Auckland's beach suburb of Castor Bay. A living pod sits on one side of the stream and a bedroom pod on the other, with a glass bridge connecting the two. While a roof top deck sits above the living area to maximise the sunlight hours the site receives.
