The recently completed redevelopment of the Chiton Rocks Surf Life Saving Club in Hayborough, Victor Harbor is situated in the sand dunes of Chiton Beach, with only the train line separating it from the surf. The clubhouse upgrade comprises of a new two-storey extension, as well as a refurbishment to the interior & exterior of the existing building.

The construction of the new two-storey extension flows on seamlessly from the existing building via the connection of a large new balcony on the first floor overlooking the beach, new courtyard, paving and landscaping on the ground level. A vast array of materials and finishes were utilised throughout the build; featuring aluminium composite panels & timber cladding on the outside, and recycled timber from the old balcony in the bar area.
