Originally built in 1930, this magnificent home has undergone a stunning renovation. The brief to Blackbird Projects was to transform this tired house into a modern masterpiece – retaining period features and improving street appeal. In addition to a full interior and exterior renovation and paint, the Blackbird team also built a stylish loft above the garage, fully landscaped the property and added a luxury outdoor entertaining area complete with hot tub, outdoor fireplace and pool.
