Contemporary Canterbury

An architecturally designed new build in rural North Canterbury; Ruth and Evan wanted a contemporary country home with a welcoming feel. What we achieved is a chic, understated, timeless interior with clean, crisp lines, quality materials and a warm and inviting atmosphere. We managed the building project together with the builder.  Twin Rivers designed exterior and interior architectural details such as the staircase, cabinetry, fireplaces, shelving, skirting, solid timber beams, architraves, trims, window seats, TV placement, bathrooms including custom vanity, kitchen, and pantry. We specified lighting, window treatments, flooring, rugs and carpets, kitchen and bathroom materials and surfaces, tiles, paint and paint colours, fabrics for the re-upholstery of existing furniture and soft furnishings.
