From the initial creative workshop and throughout the strategic design stages, it was clear that EFM Logistics were adamant to deliver their staff an environment that answers all the needs of an employee in an active, modern workplace. Quiet rooms for high focused work, designated touch down and town hall spaces and considered collaborative zones and social spaces, such as the internal cafe. This connected workplace also featured varying sizes of AV/VC spaces.

Made For were engaged early in the process for workplace strategy, saw the project through design and delivered a turn key project management solution. This end to end integration delivered a seamless end product that speaks volumes for the process.

“EFM were coming from an office park with nearby amenity, and in the strategy stages it became clear that having that social space outside the walls of the office was an important part of their culture. Their new location didn’t have that amenity on site, so we took what was otherwise a really slick and pared back palette, and created a really warm space, separated with timber screening, centered around a serviced café, within the office.  This became the perfect social and informal space to kick off the day with a coffee amongst team members, or a little getaway to catch up on emails away from the desk with a muffin and a latte.”
