Project team
Innovative two-storey residence featuring four bedrooms, expertly designed to maximize a challenging sloping site with vertical cedar screens and a striking jarrah and steel staircase.
A four bedroom two storey house, built on a site that was long, narrow, sloping and subject to tight controls. As such a long, narrow house which steps down the property was constructed, making full use of the space available. Vertical cedar screens protect the front entrance’s glass walls while a stainless steel mesh screen hangs beside the jarrah and steel staircase connecting the main living area upstairs to the bedrooms and family room downstairs.
Testimonial:
“This was the first house that we had built and we were excited but nervous at prospect. The professionalism, experience and skill of Phil and the team at PSL made the process thoroughly enjoyable. The project was managed to the highest standard from the beginning with highly skilled builders from PSL supported by very capable sub contractors. The obvious pride that Phil and his team take in their work resulted in a house that we love, finished on time and to a standard that earned PSL a well deserved Gold Award from the Registered Master Builders. I would have no hesitation in recommending PSL for any building project.”
