Luxury Falcon Build on Minden Road featuring 700m2 of floor space, panoramic views, advanced underfloor heating, and comprehensive drainage solutions, powered by a Stiebel Eltron heat pump.
The Falcon build project is approximately 700m2 of floor space, the luxury build is situated on the Minden hills and stretches over 50m making use of the breathtaking panoramic view.
The Pipe Masters team was contracted to install over 4km of underfloor heating pipework in the floor slab, 3x 25,000L underground tanks and 1x 10,000L tank as well as over 350m of drainage pipes around the building. The plant room is powered using a Stiebel Eltron heat pump that keeps the hot water cooking as well as the underfloor and pool heating.
