Surrounded by rolling hills and a view out to the South Island, this 320sqm architecturally designed hilltop home is our latest completed project. RJC carried out the construction and project management of the new build, with highlight features including 5 meter high ceilings, two 7 meter high chimneys, polished concrete floors with underfloor heating throughout, and feature cedar gables.
