Our client strives to stand at the forefront of the premium office sector, pioneering post-COVID era office solutions to attract top-tier tenants and enhance their portfolio value. Formery is a sophisticated, members-only club tailored exclusively for Albert offices tenants. Offering a versatile environment for work, socializing, and client entertainment.
In line with the business model, our brief was to design a hybrid workspace emphasizing design-led shared amenities and encouraging collaboration among businesses/ tenants. Inspired by our hospitality design principles, our approach aimed to facilitate social interaction while ensuring a conducive working environment.
