• Built in bunk beds
• Battened ceiling to kitchen and dining
• Views from every bedroom and living room of the sea
• Engineered wood floors hardwearing  for the toys and bikes
• Cedar louvres to break the joinery

The use of vertical shiplap weatherboards, Shadowclad fin walls and Monopitch roof produces a structure of clean lines so as not to impose but blend into its surroundings.

The design of this house is based around the outdoors

Allowing the occupants to enjoy the sun morning day and evening from either of the decks and courtyard whilst also allowing them to enjoy the shade at any given time of the day. With easy access from and to each area.

The lawn at the front of the house also allows for the children to play, pitch tents for the extras or chill out or head to the beach all with the little ones under the watchful eye of the parents.
