Natural light streams throughout this heritage building apartment blessed with a breathtaking harbour vista. Home to a professional couple, we redesigned what was originally an old factory into a contemporary apartment, with the warmth and space to host extended family get-togethers. In the kitchen we created a butler’s pantry, breathing new life with a fresh colour scheme, lights and fittings. New furniture and rugs in the sitting and living rooms add an extra element of personality and comfort, reflecting the owners’ love for Australian design, art and boutique designers.

“Working with Annie and her team was easy from start to finish – it was an element we could not have done without. Without Annie, our house would have just been a run of the mill renovation and all our choices wouldn’t have the flow and co-ordination that Annie was able to bring to the whole project. Almost everything Annie choose we immediately loved and it made the renovation almost stress and argument free.”
