Havelock North Home
Completed in the year 2012, the Havelock North Home stands as a testament to the meticulous craftsmanship and exquisite design by Ainsworth & Collinson. This project, overseen by architect Nick Bevin of Bevin + Slessor Architects, showcases a fusion of historical charm and contemporary elegance. The house, with a rich history dating back to its relocation to the site in 1899 and subsequent renovations in 1930, 1971, and 2003, was transformed into a masterpiece under Bevin's expert guidance.
The Havelock North Home boasts 4 luxurious bedrooms, 4 opulent bathrooms, 3 spacious living areas, and 2 elegant dining areas. In addition, a partial sub-terrain wine cellar adds a touch of sophistication to the property. Recognized for its unparalleled design and superior quality, this project earned the prestigious Master Builders HOY 2012 title, along with the Gold Award, Local Category winner, and Lifestyle Award winner accolades. A true gem in the Residential category, this single house epitomizes the epitome of refined living in the Rural / Estate / Lifestyle setting.
