This Build-to-Rent development in Docklands required a furnishing and styling solution across 76 apartments, including 19 display units to drive early leasing momentum. The client needed a team who could manage the full process end-to-end—from concept and planning to installation—while ensuring every design decision balanced durability, cost-effectiveness, and market appeal. Each furniture package was uniquely tailored to suit each specific floorplan, enhancing liveability and creating a consistent visual standard throughout the building. With months of preparation leading up to a four-week installation window during the final stages of construction, we delivered a turnkey result—functional, refined, and designed to attract discerning residents from day one.
