This is a truly well-thought-out holiday home. The architect has utilised every space in this compact 181 sqm home for ample storage and optimal functionality. Using a poly-block system around the foundation of the home, then installing underfloor heating in the lower level only this is a very warm home. The top-level has a gas fire and a heat-duct system keeps the air circulating thought the home. Very energy efficient warm home.
Construction of this home was 6 months with all landscaping and driveways completed.
