This stunning family residence in Kerikeri comprises of two homes, joined by a garage. These clients wanted to downsize, and build a new home that was low maintenance and suited to their needs, as an older couple. This included rebated sliders, level with the deck, and a walk-in level entry shower. Right next to their sons family home (the home on the left).
Clients were really impressed with the quality of the build, as with the communication from the Advance build team.
