The external materials chosen provide texture and ensure the broad surfaces contrast each other through the use of pattern and colour, thus highlighting different areas of the building. The external use of brick and timber ensures the design fits into the residential town. Internally, the design is clean and spacious to tie in with today’s shopping expectations of efficiency, variety, and order.
